This unerringly comfortable shoe is handmade from soft, ecologically tanned, Portuguese nubuck and lusciously supple, Dutch calfskin.
Its nocturnal hue is definitely not navy, but a deep and rich midnight blue. It's easy to combine with other colours, and pops with the help of brighter coloured shoelaces. It's a team-player or a show-stealer; you can choose which, by deploying your preference of the various shoelace colours that accompany it as standard.
The sole is our classic, unchanged in 12 years - natural rubber and EVA, embossed our ICH BIN ATHEIST design. It has a 6mm drop from heel to toe, meaning it's not quite a "barefoot" shoe, but many from that movement have enjoyed it's nearlyness and we reckon 6mm is "just right".
