5) ORDER PLACEMENT
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product from the MEANINGFUL SHOE, subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

6) PRICING
The MEANINGFUL SHOE is committed to offering convenience, service, and product availability on-line at the best possible prices. Whilst we endeavour to keep prices online similar to those of product in Stores, the merchandise offered on-line at atheistberlin.com will often have different prices to merchandise available in any Stores stocking our brand. Typically, the retail price in Stores will reflect the true cost of purchasing our product online, i.e. Cost of Product, plus Taxes, plus Postage. Also, all prices advertised are subject to changes.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT, where appropriate. Delivery costs are also included in the price.
The prices you see on the Website exclude the cost of any import duties. Depending on your delivery address there may be different taxation rules. Depending on your territory, you may need to pay import duties upon receipt of your item.
7) PAYMENTS
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed.
Once we have verified your order and payment details, we will capture your payment and prepare your goods for shipment. We will email you again to inform you once goods are dispatched. In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem when processing your order, you will receive an email from us detailing the problem and possibly requesting further information.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, if the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria.
The MEANINGFUL SHOE will archive a copy of your contract with the seller in its files, and you will able to retrieve a copy by communicating your data and those of the order.
In order to use the Services made available by the Website you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you.
8) DELIVERY
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and there are no guarantees as to delivery times. But we will always strive to ship your order within 3 days of purchase, unless you are pre-ordering an item - in which case it may take up to 8 weeks for your shoes to be shipped.
9) RETURNS & REFUNDS
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if not, or if the product we deliver is not what you ordered or is defective or damaged, please let us know at hello@atheistberlin.com as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or replacement in accordance with our Returns Policy.
International Returns Policy
We are happy to refund any purchases within 14 working days of receipt. To return an item you must first contact our customer services at hello(at)atheistberlin.com to obtain details on how exactly to make the return. All returns must be sent, in their original condition, to the address below.

We will refund any sums that you have paid to us with the exception of postage and packing. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
Free Postage on Returned Items
We would like to be able to offer free postage on the return of any items from locations within the EU, however we are not yet in a position to do so, partly because we are a fledgling operation and not able to absorb the potential loss that could result from a free returns policies (we wish we had Zalando's might, but we don't), but partly also due to anticipated problems with fraud and sabotage (e.g. hate Atheist shoes? Well just order 1000 pairs and return them all).
Incorrect Order
Every so often mistakes will happen, but we will do our best to fix and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please email us at hello(at)atheistberlin.com, and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing our customer services.
10) COLOURS
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this site. However, because the colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
11) CORRECTION OF ERRORS AND INACCURACIES
The information of the Website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. 12) TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event an atheistberlin.com product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, the MEANINGFUL SHOE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. The MEANINGFUL SHOE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, the MEANINGFUL SHOE shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
