Since 2012, we've proudly offered our customers any shoelace colour they like, as long as it's brown.
That wasn't for lack of imagination... more a case of inertia and even a little nostalgia for our very first shoe, which was a comely cream resplendent with (you've guessed it) dark brown laces.
Recently, however, we discovered COLOUR and we're a bit in love with what it does for our shoes.
Long, thin, round and elegant, our laces are German-made (in the charming city of Wuppertal). And, despite being made of cotton, they're exceptionally durable. Some of our customers might doubt this, having endured earlier rounds of our shoelaces which were gorgeous and soft, but not super robust. But these are the real deal - shoelaces that are actually quite strong, despite their slenderness.
It's difficult to find laces like these online - their length (135 to 145cm) is a rarity. But we have plenty and we're happy to send you some.

We'll try our best to make it so, though we can't always guarantee - e.g. right now we're out of pink, but we're gonna leave it as a drop-down option in the hopes we restock, and because it's really pretty).
