We will ship your order as soon as we can, usually within a couple of days of receiving it, unless it's a pre-order, in which case you may have to wait weeks or months, an estimated time-frame about which you will have been notified before purchasing. We'll keep you updated if expected delivery of a pre-order changes. 

We use Deutsche Post and DHL Premium for all shipping world-wide. Shipping times are difficult to predict, but the following guidelines are based on "normal" shipping times in pre-pandemic days:

Germany - delivery 1-2 days after DHL pick-up the package. 

Continental EU - delivery 3-7 days after DHL pick-up the package. 

Norway & Switzerland (& now UK) - same as Continental EU, but with the possibility that customs may slow down the journey of one's package by a few days. 

USA - delivery 8-15 days after DHL pick-up the package (US shipping times have varied dramatically in the wake of Covid and now will do again as tariffs come into play. It's very difficult to predict (at time of writing the tariffs have been announced but not yet implemented). At the worst of Covid, some shipments took as long as 1.5 months to arrive, but we hope things won't be get that bad.

Rest-of-the-World - delivery 8-15 days after DHL pick-up the package

It can happen that shipping takes longer than above. In normal times, if it's taking more than 2 weeks in Europe or more than 4 weeks to the US or ROW, we'd open an investigation with DHL and, if it seems necessary, send a replacement package. That said, in the wake of covid, DHL have elongated the acceptable shipping time before they will accept an investigation request from us (e.g. they won't accept an investigation request concerning the US until 7 weeks after the package was picked up).
