Great Gallopers! This truly wonderful olive-tanned, pony leather boot might be our loveliest yet!

Many a wonder has been wondered about the properties of this leather. We cannot confirm rumours that it is magically shed as the pony grows, nor that stroking it confers everlasting life upon the stroker.

But we can confirm that the pony hides are carefully hand-picked, having been sustainably farmed in Switzerland and Germany, and then tanned with olive-leaf extract, to create a leather that is supple, smooth and rich to the touch. The natural characteristics of the grain are free to shine through, yet the leather appears near flawless, given the quality of the hides selected at the outset.

This tanning process takes place entirely in Germany and is certified by the federal government of Germany’s “Blauer Engel” ecological certification for the protection of people and the environment.

The boot is of course completed with our lusciously soft calfskin lining and a dense and durable, natural rubber, blake-stitched sole.

It's just so lovely... this lovely, lovely, lovely boot.

green measuring tape - Atheist Shoes

Begin by finding out the length of your foot in cm (see the graphic below on how to do that), then calculate your European size, according to this formula:

SIZE = 1.5 X (FOOT LENGTH IN CM + 1.5)

That means, if your foot length is 28.5cm, you should add 1.5, to give you 30. Then multiply 30 by 1.5, to give you a European Shoe Size of 45 (assuming you don't have a very wide foot, in which case you might want to consider going up one size to 46).
